Services affected: Card Payouts API, Card Payments API & Payments API (events only), Card Verifications API, Events, Try Environment, Merchant Administration Interface Impact: Service disruption Duration: 4 hours Dates: 30 January 2025 Start: 17:00 UTC End: 21:00 UTC 24 April 2025 Start: 16:00 UTC End: 20:00 UTC 24 July 2025 Start: 16:00 UTC End: 20:00 UTC 9 October 2025 Start: 16:00 UTC End: 20:00 UTC Card Payouts API: There may be some increased latency observed when processing Mastercard basic disbursement Payout attempts. Visa Direct, Mastercard Send and Money Transfer Payouts will not be affected. Card Payments API & Payments API (events only): Querying events will be unavailable on both APIs during the maintenance window above. If you have integrated payment event responses in your payment processing, then this could cause impact during our maintenance. Queries using the Payment Queries API will be unaffected and will still be available for transactions processed after 25 June 2024. Card Verifications API (previously called ‘Account Verifications’): Card verification query will be unavailable during the maintenance window above. If you have integrated verification query responses into your payment processing, then this could cause impact during our maintenance. Events: There will be a delay to the despatch of webhooks for a period during the maintenance window above. Try Environment: The Try Environment will be unavailable for a period of up to 3 hours. Merchant Administration Interface: The Merchant Administration Interface will be unavailable for a period during the maintenance window above. All other actions, APIs and services will be unaffected. Error messages Card Payments API & Payments API (events only) will return the following error: <HTTP 500 (Internal server error) "Unexpected response from downstream">
